Amber Rosean, an Early Childhood Specialist, advocates for developmentally appropriate education and care practices and for building relationships with young children’s families to support healthy outcomes for each generation and beyond.

Amber earned a Master’s degree (M.Ed.) in Early Childhood Education (1996) and a Bachelor in Arts Education degree (BAE) in Elementary Education (1992) from the University of Florida. Since then, Amber has continued her professional career in early childhood serving in various roles over the last 35+ years. Additionally, she has continued to develop professionally with continuous higher education learning, professional development and training and has earned numerous professional certifications.

With a lifetime of service in the field of early childhood, and most recently 13+ years as an Infant and Toddler Specialist & Early Childhood Specialist with the Office of Head Start Region VI Training and Technical Assistance team, Amber developed, Raising a Village, a woman-owned business to continue her life’s work and passion.
